      在SIEVEWELL™ 中捕获、检测和回收单个细胞，无细胞丢失

      我们很高兴向您介绍TOK SIEVEWELL™，一种用于稀有单细胞分离的新一代纳米孔阵列芯片。
      SIEVEWELL™  的关键部件是一种用光刻技术制作的具有纳米孔结构的薄膜。在17mm x 17mm的面积上，有37万个尺寸为20µm x 25µm（宽x深）的纳米孔。

      每个纳米孔通过其底部的两个2µm的小孔将其上方和下方的流体部分相通。这个孔径适合流体交换，但会阻止细胞通过。纳米孔下方的流体通过一个微间隙连接到纳米孔芯片两侧的端口。通过在侧端口用手持移液器抽吸，可以产生从容纳细胞的内腔到侧端口的单向液体流动。

      生物样品细胞将跟随液体流动并落到单个纳米孔中。由于落入的单个细胞部分地堵塞了孔底小孔，导致液体流动到相应纳米孔的流量减少，需要流入的另一个细胞会在流量带动下落到另一个空纳米孔内，因此实现自分选单细胞捕获。这些单细胞自装填到列阵芯片后可直接染色处理，其专利设计在固定、透膜、封闭、孵育和洗涤过程中，保证不丢失任何细胞。因此，该装置非常适合对稀有细胞如循环肿瘤细胞、胎儿细胞等进行染色。
